“The team at Centra Dunlavin recently completed the Manual Handling Training course with Àine and as a team we found it extremely beneficial for all shop staff. The course was clear, practical, and very well delivered. Àine explained the principles of safe manual handling in a way that was easy to understand and directly applicable to a retail environment.
I especially appreciated the focus on real-life scenarios that shop staff face every day, such as lifting stock, moving boxes, and working safely in busy store areas. The training materials were well organised and the guidance on how to teach others was excellent.
I now feel confident not only in my own manual handling practices but also in training my team to work safely and reduce the risk of injury. I would highly recommend this course to anyone responsible for staff training in a retail setting.”
“Excellent experience from the moment I contacted Aine to outline what training content I was looking for.
Aine came back with a clear plan, an outline of costs and a list of available dates.
Aine delivered the training in a professional and efficient but kind manner.
A company we in the NBSCCCI would certainly be using again and who we would highly recommend.”
